i think my room is haunted and can not do shit

so basically there are some weird ass sounds i keep hearing at night like knocking, scratching bed frame and whatnot, i even looked to see if it was like a rat or an animal that somehow got in and there was nothing, stuff keeps randomly moving i think and im lowkey fucking scared like if someone knows how to ward off bad energy pls fucking tell me like i have been getting sick and shit has been going downhill for me, i need to fucking respawn at this point

Without more detail, I would say animals such as mice. The "stuff moving" might be rodents pushing stuff around in your room.

This brings backvery old memories of hearing a raccoon running across the roof of the house I grew up in during the dead of night. That fucker was big and it scared the shit out of me.
