Honestly I feel you. I'd say "Just find better friends!" but we all know that is 100% easier said than done. If it's too much, honestly just take some time to yourself, just stop being around them. I had one friend who was a TOTAL ass to me, manipulative, overly physical, just awful, and what did I do? I just stopped letting him come to my house, I stopped taking his bullshit, I stopped talking to him, I just cut ties with him. If it's your whole friend group or even a larger group that's gonna be a whole different ordeal but it follows some of the same pattern: if you don't like going out with them, make excuses, don't go. If they get mad, it's for the better, because if they get mad you *can't* you do NOT want them as friends.

Also really!?!? Dude if I was you and that happened to me I would be so livid I'd never talk to her again, like wtf that is about the rudest thing a friend could do, holy I feel bad.

I wish you luck, and trust me, it will get better, just hold your ground. They can get mad, they can get rude, they can get downright awful, but the further away they get the less they can do.
