I'm being phased out
The new person does very little work, but knows how to kiss up to the asskisser and our boss. Spends most of the day on her phone and eating candy. She gets along better with them than I do, so she's already looking better than I ever did here. I have always been looked at like a screwup because I've never gotten to have a voice, and any time I would try to I'd be undermined by other people.I know my days at this job are becoming numbered. I expect early next year for a schedule change, where my hours are cut, and not to worry. Then this bitch ends up getting my hours, and i'm let go once she is transitioned in. She'll have my schedule, will get along better with the asskissers, and like them can coast by doing nothing.
I'm ready to quit. Fuck this job.
