I hate my patients

I'm a new PA who just started working at a PCP clinic seeing patients on my own and consulting with the main provider when needed. I love my coworkers, I love the staff, and I like my provider, but holy fuck do I HATE HATE HATE my patients. Maybe I'm in an area with white trash rednecks, but OH MY FUCKING GOD I HATE THESE PEOPLE. I don't give a FUCK about your boohoo whiney complaints. NO ONE CARES, WE ARE ALL GOING THROUGH SOMETHING. I'M NOT GOING TO WAIVE YOUR FUCKING COPAY BECAUSE YOU DONT GET PAID UNTIL FRIDAY, HOW ABOUT YOU FUCKING WAIT UNTIL FRIDAY TO COME SEE ME??????? Then they want to act like they can just "google" what I tell them, like oKAY WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST FUCKING DO THAT INSTEAD OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT DUMB HICK??? Also, most of these people literally graduated from community college and have been assistants their whole life, but want to act like their life is valuable or even worth healthcare providers' time. If you don't add anything of ANY VALUE to this world, PLEASE JUST DIE. WHY DO WE WASTE SO MANY RESOURCES ON THESE MISERABLE RAGING BITCHES????? I'm seriously so done and I'm SO glad I didn't let my fucking parents convince me to become an MD. Imagine what they have to fucking deal with.
