how are some people are so oblivious

im so tired of getting minimal interactions tho people staring at they phones and shit like that. whys it so miserable in current times than when i was a kid? i mean its harder to get interactions but it still feels like people enjoy bothering me at the same time. i dont particularly care to interact much nowadays mainly cause of how predictable people are either in their lack thereof responses or something else they do that to either deliberately get a reaction out of me or something else they do that they are so oblivious about. so how are some people so oblivious? do people not think that if someone else is the centre if their attention span then it means they panic and think oh nooo they wont get attention if they give so and so more attention than what they want to give. is that how it really is with "friendships" idk i never had one last long enough to care but its still weird asf that some people are so oblivious with how they look to others. even if this person did send a card and xmas gift its not what i personally care about too much anymore cause i know ultimately im on the last thing ghey care about anyway. heck i might as well be invisible cause the way some people always need to be the star of their reality. is it really hard for some people to put a bit more effort into interacting with me?
