Hate my in-laws

I really dislike my in-laws and sad to say, but I wish they would just cease to exist. My mother in law is fine, a little self absorbed, but only to the point of talking about herself and her views on politics and how we should have the same views. I can handle that because she doesn’t meddle in everyone’s business like my step mother in-law and father in-law. They throw temper tantrums like children if I don’t drop everything in my life to do as they say. I had surgery last Wednesday and was spending the week getting my home clean and they got pissed bc I said no to lunch with them. The thing is so did all of their other children and their spouses. Yet they don’t get upset with them, just me. My partner thinks they are the greatest things on earth. Their relationship is awful, my partner thinks it is the ideal relationship. His dad bosses his wife around, tells her when she can cook, criticizes her, gambles away their money, won’t shut up about women he would never get and their bodies. His wife can’t shut up for two minutes. Always talking about how awful everyone is who isn’t just like them, or who doesn’t do what they say. My brother in laws family is a good family, but his wife and kids try to avoid them like the plague and she just doesn’t talk about him. She talks down about my husbands sister and her kids and how awful they are. They aren’t. She talks about how awful her son is…He isn’t…she talks about how amazing her daughter and granddaughters are because she is a doctor and always flaunts slutty pictures of all of them saying how amazing they are. Your daughter is a 55 year old former heroin addict who still misuses drugs and drinks excessively, and dresses and acts like she is 20 and does not look good. Your granddaughters are nothing but party girls who have admitted to flirting with and sleeping with their teachers to pass classes. Real classy. Not only that but she constantly wants to share pictures with my partner of all of them in next to nothing and wants him to always look at pictures of herself when she was 30 in bikinis and ask him doesn’t he agree they are so hot. Something is just messed up in this woman’s head. Like most men it just makes my partner uncomfortable bc those are his family members. She is just completely sick.However she talks trash about all other women if they dress in anything that remotely shows any skin or if they are fit. She is a fat cow that doesn’t exercise, doesn’t eat healthy. Has a lot of health issues because of it. Complains about it all but is too ignorant to fix it. She wants to tell everyone they are beneath her because they aren’t just like her. When she can’t sleep, she blows up my partners phone to talk at 1 or 2 in the morning. Then my partner wakes me up bc in his eyes if he can’t sleep, I shouldn’t be able to either. That it’s my duty to keep him company. My in-laws are severely codependent and my partner normalizes this so much that many times I have to argue with him just to spend 5 minutes by myself. I wish they would just die.
