Hate morons

This world is filled with lazy ass morons! I can’t do my job efficiently because of dumbass people who either shouldn’t be employed in their professions or don’t care enough to actually learn their jobs. I actually like my job, other than the fact I have to speak with morons at insurance companies who know nothing about insurance and how it works, don’t know what an advocate is, don’t know the difference between a deductible and out of pocket maximum. Can’t read claims or understand anything about them, but yet that is their entire job! Insurance companies think they are getting a steal by hiring these morons overseas for less pay yet don’t realize if they hired people who are willing and capable to learn how insurance works, not only would people understand their insurance plans better, things would me more efficient, there would be less monetary loss for the insurance companies. I’m not stating everyone is a moron, there are some great customer service reps who do value their jobs, understand it and actually want to help. Most don’t. I mean speaking to several different people and you can’t even transfer me to the right department for a simple billing question. You hand out random numbers that don’t even go anywhere or you think I am insurance calling you and I clearly state I am not insurance and work because the member hired us to work and speak on their behalf. I fucking hate people. Please, if your life sucks so much or you are so fucking lazy that you can’t or don’t want to do your job, Do the rest of us a favor who value are time and our lives and fucking find something else to do….I can almost guarantee that if I or anyone started an insurance business and made it well known that we did not send our business offshore and that whoever you spoke with would be someone who has the same health insurance as you and I and went through training to learn how plans work to learn how claims are processed, nobody would want to work with these other insurance companies. People in other countries do not understand our healthcare system, their countries healthcare does not work the same way ours does and most hate us anyways. So wtf do insurance companies, providers, anyone else think that these people care enough to help. They don’t and most won’t. People should be more thankful they have jobs and value them instead of not caring.
