greedy landlords

It's like they know it's illegal to charge for regular wear and tear so they'll try and charge you for shit someone else did. All to save a couple of pennies and at your expense. I asked to have a door replaced that the previous tenant had put a hole in and now they're acting like this is a brand new hole. I knew they'd use my deposit to fix the door once I moved out. And to replace the lights that were never replaced in the bathroom. Couldn't afford an electrian until they hade the deposit money. No integrity having criminals. You take care of their property and they screw you over for it because they know they can't get away with it. Humanity is filled with lying sleazy untrustworthy people. Yes I took pictures before I moved in and video because of this. But now I have to get the phone fixed to retrieve them. It'll be worth it just to fry their asses. I know I'll lose money and it's not really worth it, but it's the principle. Everbody just does whatever the fuck the want to people because they feel like they can. You cant trust anybody these days.
