Dog food

Ok, so I have been feeding my two male dogs on raw food now for two years. This was due to my partner and breeder insisting that this is best for dogs. Also our vet promoting it. Excuse my cynicism but they have a raw food pet store right next to their vet surgery! Personally I can't stand even handling it. However, despite that, I have persisted with it. I/we have switched brands about 5 times. They take an initial interest for a while then stop eating it. Raw meat tastes like nothing Doesn't matter if it is chicken, beef, lamb etc. It just doesn't have any taste. It costs abot £5.00+ per 500 kg. Our dogs are costing more to feed than we are per day!! IIf I have to go and sear it as some online advice gives, then what is the point of buying raw? I have followed all the advice of:
Adding liver paste, sardines, warming to room temperature, etc. It just seems like a load of nonsense to me quite frankly. I have previously raised other dogs to a good number of years on tinned, cooked dog food. Both lived to a good age . Thoughts welcome?
