Dear running diary

I ran 1.5 km again today. I stopped only once in between. I am getting better. My stamina has improved. It takes me about 18 hours for my muscles to recover and then I repeat the cycle again. I enjoy running. I do not care about the weight loss goal anymore because I just love running. With consistency and discipline, I can get better at anything.
I cooked and washed dishes after running. I went to the book store to see what are the latest bestsellers. I did not buy anything. I will borrow the books from the library later. So..I am not too tired after running.
Running has become a summer habit. I run 1.5 km daily. The plan is to slowly keep increasing it till I do a continuous 5 km. Reminds me of my track and field, softball, swimming, water polo and gymnastics days. Maybe I will be fitter as an old woman than I was when I was a minor.
