Circumcised dicks can still get smegma and they usually get it even worse, as circumcised cucks mistakenly believe that they don't have to wash their penises, even though they do. Circumcised dicks are NOT cleaner. But even if they were, who gives a shit about cleanliness when aesthetics and feeling are far more important, and uncut dicks look better and feel better. I don't know how you came to such a wrong conclusion, but you are mistaken. Also, even if you couldn't have rough sex with uncut guys (you can), sex isn't supposed to be rough anyway. Sex is supposed to be gentle, which uncut guys naturally are more gentle during sex, which contributes to making sex feel better for the woman. You have everything backwards.
Uncut is superior to cut in every single conceivable way and is preferable for all women. All women prefer uncut dicks. Uncut dicks look better, feel better, smell better, taste better, are more clean, and are much more fun to play with.
