So sad. So many boomers are still in their hippy phase speaking out against the rightwing fascism of today but no one is listening to them. The warm glow of their "kumbaya" fades away with everyone's back turned to it, as we face an evil steel and concrete 4th Reich in America. Hate, evil, and concrete is all that's left in America

@Salah. Left and right can both lead to dictatorships, yes. But the OP is not wrong in that we’re falling into something really bad here in the U.S.

Your argument falls flat in that you’re arguing against something with evidence that doesn’t support what you’re saying.

It’s not gaslighting. Imagine a person smoked a pack of cigarettes every day and is an alcoholic. Both can and will kill you eventually. Both are bad. But if someone is chain smoking and not drinking at the moment are you gonna tell the person who wants them to stop that they’re “gaslighting” because they’d “be fine with that person drinking”?

Nah you wouldn’t. So shut your dumb ass trap.
