3 styles of dance
Now that I have tried and am learning 3 different styles of dance, I can say that all dances are equally challenging. Classical dance can get quite tricky when you have to dance with the beat and melody. It requires precise start and stops based on numbering of the beat in a circular pattern. Street dancing is challenging too. Salsa is in between classical dance and street dancing. It not centuries old as classical dances. The advanced steps can be quite challenging with the music.My next goal is to learn tap dancing too.
My point is: Do not pit one dance style against another. They need strength, power and stamina.
