It really makes me so frustrated but mostly sad to see some people I know be super successful getting national awards, getting into top colleges (like literally ivy league) and still have such a social life as if everything is easy. Meanwhile I'm here barely getting any sleep and still not accomplishing half of what they have done like 3 years ago. I know I shouldnt compare myself to them but I cant help it and I feel like shit.

You probably are shit. Certain stocks of people are ill-bred and unfit for the modern world. Just refuse to breed, file a notice of absence of social harm, and the white teeth overlords should make your reasoned genetic retirement pretty comfortable for you lol.
