To continue working or no

I've been working only for a month in a china company and I'm wondering if i should continue working there. I can't really understand chinese language and this leads to language barrier. Like i only understand 50% of the things they are trying to deliver to me. And worse part is i would make mistakes and got reprimanded by my senior. Like on the second day of work, i made a mistake and straight off my senior blow her top on me. First day of work i was already being criticize for being slow and it goes on for a few weeks. I'm sorry senior I'm useless but i really need time to digest what you taught before. Everytime there's a meeting i dreaded it cuz i really don't understand when they spoke in chinese. It leads me to wonder if i should continue working in the company or resign cuz if anything goes wrong my senior would always think it's me when sometimes it's not me at all. Should i look for a new job which is english speaking? I'm having a dilemma cuz this is my first job after grad.
