I've been struggling with my mental health for a while now and my mom's so fucking shitty. She doesn't believe that people can struggle internally and thinks that depression, anxiety, or fucking wtv is a big deal. She threatens to beat the shit out of me whenever i have a panic attack, she's always belittling me and im so fucking tired of it.
