Not this time

Not this time

You want me to forgive you for your violence, Ava? Ha! Not this time! Not today! You need to learn to get your shit together and be nicer before you receive forgiveness! You’re lucky I forgave you almost immediately the other times! Now, you need to EARN it! Fail to be kind for the rest of our few years together at school, and I’m cutting ties with you when *I* graduate and YOU’RE still in school because you’re too busy planning attacks on others to study. If I never forgive you, whine all you want. This is preparing you for the future – a future where all of your boyfriends/girlfriends/non-binary dates break up with you for YOUR contributions to a violent relationship! Get fucked and piss off!

I did. Not word for word, but definitely REALLY close to what I said.

Also, it’s spelled ****. The word is offensive and describes gay men. I’m an asexual non-binary.

Oh, I see now why you spelled it wrong. To get past security. But still, it’s a derogatory term to describe gay men and not asexual non-binaries. You’re welcome.

To anyone who is gay or was once referred to as a you-know-what, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to harm anyone. It was wrong of me to define what the word means and bring you all in the argument. Again, I’m very sorry.

As a ****, I have to disagree. It's OK to define the word. Nobody with a sane head is going to be in pain any more than they can expect to be from the average sloppiness and rudeness of things we all read online every day. If **** becomes a "banned" word among reasonable people the only people left to use it are unreasonable people (since you can't actually control what they say anyway). And well then congrats, you've reinvented and un-trivialized hate speech, undoing decades of progress. What is the thought process behind assuming someone might be hurt by what you said anyway?

I'm sorry. I just worry a lot when I say rude things, because I'm scared that I've upset someone. I will try to get better, though. However, if any rude thing I say DOES upset anyone, please let me know and I'll be more careful.
