My guilt tripping mother

Im so fucking done with her i swear to god. I have fucking social anxiety. I go to a fucking psychologist at 16 years old cause i have anxiety. Its gets so bad that i get heart-palpitations and panic attacks and my mum still LOVES to guilt-trip me saying "my legs hurt" "you never help me around the house" "Look at your cousin, she loves her mum so much. she always cares for her and look at you - playing games". SHE'S IN THE FUCKING 30'S SHE CAN DO THAT. IM 16. I HAVE NOTHING. I LITERALLY DEPEND ON YOU. (for context) we went out today for groceries and went to a McDonald's and i have really bad anxiety and so does my younger sister. My dad can speak english fluently so he was willing to say our orders but my mother insisted that my sister or I speak up and say our orders. MY DAD IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FUCKING SPEAKER. HE CAN SAY THE ORDERS. I DONT UNDERSTAND. I tell her i dont want to and neither does my sister. My dad says its okay, leave them be but my mum doesnt care. We drive off to collect our orders and she just starts spewing bullshit like "oh, i cant wait for you two to die. you're so useless. first you should get hit by a car (referring to me) and then you should die afterwards (referring to my younger sister). Im used to this at this point so i really dont give a fuck what she says so i just ignore it. She then has the audacity to come up to our room and ask us why she doesnt care and why we dont offer to help her around the house more often. She starts lecturing us about how when she was our age, she was looking after her younger sisters. she would cook and clean and look after her siblings and she's like "why dont you do that too? why arent you like me?" I DONT UNDERSTAND. I ALWAYS ASK YOU HOW CAN I HELP. SHOULD I DO THE DISHES AND EVERYTIME SHE SAYS "NO, ITS OKAY" "NO, I DONT NEED HELP"
