I finally lost 5 kg in a month. Yay! I will continue running, sleeping and eating a more plant based diet. Stress levels have to be kept in check too. I have started checking my blood pressure regularly. I bought an automated blood pressure reader from amazon. I also attended a free conference on weight management for people with Indian DNA. It was very informative. I have observed that lentils and beans are key too, but it causes flatulence.
I will try to drop a total of 10 to 15 kg. I will then look normal. I do not want to be skinny. I just want normal like Marilyn Monroe (she was normal size 10-12).
