Steel collar, locked, with big "O" ring
Leash locked to "O" ring
Ball gag
And I want videos, lots and lots of videos, so I can watch this at night for my viewing pleasure. I'll also need several rolls of toilet paper too!

And I want a big burly officer to pull me on the neck leash everywhere I have to go and always lock it to rails and everything throughout the police station, jail, and courthouse. And I hope he shackles me to the jail cell wall with only a couple feet of towing chain lead. This is so I know I am secure and I won't rack up any infractions which may increase my time.
