If you knew Cat better you would know that Cat knows everything. The fact that Cat knows "every single gurkhan male" is neither impressive or surprising, more par for the course. Some people are just born with innate knowledge of everything and everyone that ever was and ever will be. Cat is one of, if not the only one of, those people.
