Housing issues

I’ve had enough of this stupid house and being stuck. The people here especially the newest one has his partner over who’s been here for two weeks! All they do is drink, in the lounge all day! It stinks! It’s also really volatile because if you say one thing wrong it can start an argument. Even just yesterday she says “you’ll be evicted before me”. I’m sorry what? You don’t have a right to be in this house, let alone tell me I should be evicted! This house is for 6 people, she makes 7. I don’t even think that’s legal? The room above is tiny, definitely too small for 2 people. The council are no help either. There was a section 21 last year but it expired and I was advised to stay. They won’t help unless there’s bailiffs. The sale fell through and the landlord still gets rent so… the house is unstable, not safe, especially when one work can tip things into a fight. All the stress around searching for places, it’s impossible due to benefits and disability, no one wants that apparently. Will this end, I have no idea… but I’m still paying for storage and hating every moment of this extra person who really shouldn’t be here. Yes I’ve contacted services, I’m also sure the landlord won’t help.
