heartbreak

ALRIGHT SO IM SUPER DONE.
this girl i rly liked for months had been flirting with me a bit, and we became each other's best friends. we would hang out a lot. she even asked me out once and everyone kinda knew i how i felt about her. i still wasnt sure baout her because i knew she had gotten out of a breakup 2 months ago. i never wanted to rush anything with her plus im too much of a coward to confess anything without HARD EVIDENC that the feeling is mutual. so one morning i go to hang out with her as usual and she tells me like
"ugh i fucked up so bad what do i do" and she tells me what she did
she apparently hung out with one of her friends who she didn't know liked her, and the friend kissed her and she felt horrible bc she didnt like him, but afterwards she then continued to lead him on for the rest of the day because she didn;t want to make it awkward.

she was so upset whwen telling me this but i was in total shock and i rly didn;t know what to say. but i tried to comfrt her since i know she didnt mean anything bad.
she was trying to find ways to tell him it wasnt gonna work out all day and she kept calling herself an awful person. all her frineds were just like plz dont go for him clearly you dont like him and hes a nice person and doesnt deserve to be lied tto.
then she said the FLIRTIEST THING TO ME and then hours later told me that him and her are now a SITUATIONSHIP. i completely give up with this girl. it hurt and i just dont know what to do. i still liek her and wanna be her firned but it also rly hurts.
this is my frist time dealing with some sad crush thing like this. shes also moving in a few weeks for just a few months and then coming back so i decided to kinda try to move on and see how i feel when she comes back. but im still rly upset
