Funny thought
I just realized I'm probably one of the only people who don't like/watch anime. And I honestly don't care too. When I tried in middle school it's all the same. Over sexualized females (and sometimes males) , unreasonably skinny/big eyes/squeaky voice/big boobs. It's either some big action thing or silly school girl romance bs. Like it's just not pleasing to me. I'm cool if others like it. You do you enjoy what you love. I'm all for that. But those (like my sister, best friend, and soon to be sister in-law) who are trying to shove it down my throat like it's a sin for me to not watch it makes me dislike it even more. However, it’s very annoying to have anything shoved down your throat. If you don’t like anime in general, you don’t have to watch it. You don’t even have to give it a chance if you don’t want to. Hopefully, they accept that you’re not interested and leave you alone. There are plenty of other things you all can discuss and enjoy together.
