right so fucking cengage decide to make me pay 100 bucks for shit that I fucking need for college which is a shit move by them. Right no matter, I gotta pay so I chuck in the credit card and poof i need to fucking just put it back in. My fucking card said to resubmit. huh fine then id do it again and shit. but after resubmitting boom two of them . they fucking dare to bill this college student fucking twice for their shitty ass books and crappy fucking bullshit of a website. so now I gotta go to customer complaints and shit like what the hell and my professor said that they have a good customer service. FUCKING BULLSHIT i haven't even been able to connect with a single breathing human being in a while. i only get to meet sophie the fucking bot which is just fucking painful. I bet the fucking professor is getting his dick fucking sucked by cengage to have the audacity to say all of that shit in his class and fucking praising them for shit. i hate getting scammed because it's a fucking necessary thing to have like doping homework should be fucking free and shit fuck cengage their customer is the shittiest shit I've ever smelled seen and probably be in fucking radius of for the rest of my life fuck cengage and their shitty webassign i hate that bullshit.
