Everything he complains about is what he does but doesn't want anyone to see it.

"Rigged election" yep - Republicans do it and claim innocence by blaming Democrats for doing it.

"Hunter" again - don't look at MY perfect angels, and don't look at my own history or my wife's history. Let's just blame all the bad on one target.

"Biden = bad" classic gaslighting. Yes, Biden did have some problems to overcome due to a world-wide pandemic that affected millions of people and brought many people to a rapid end. Then he managed things to bring improvements about - ending his term positively.
Trump wants to do the same thing, which is why he's beginning his term by crashing everything he can while blaming it on the previous president. His plan is to gut everything and then build it up again so he can look like a glowing God of prosperity. All hail the golden calf named Donald!!!

Literally everything in this current administration is a lesson in gaslighting.

I know what Trump is doing because I know how he's done things in the past. The writing is on the wall but apparently few people are willing to read it and comprehend what it means.

I give it one year. Something major is happening and I hope for a good ending. I'm skeptical about how narcissism normally plays out, though. I can only have hopes, because dwelling on the negatives is unhealthy for me. I refuse to become inflicted with Chicken Little Syndrome.

I don't like Trump. I don't like listening to maga mentality. I leave it at that and I refuse to argue about it. But if someone goes off the deep end about illogical things, I do my research to see if there's a twist in there. Most maga ideals are based on the telephone game - repeating what someone else said and adding a flourish while dropping some information. It ends up being a fairy tale of bullshit.

In the 80's, after Reagan closed mental institutions and society had to adjust to those mental patients being released into public, it felt dystopian at times.

Now, 2025 - after Trump slams doors and fires government employees, it again feels dystopian.

We will overcome problems only if we remain strong. If we fall over, we will get trampled. Don't fall over. Be a survivor. Keep your chin up and be aware of reality instead of letting your head float off in paranoia or sink into despair.
