Double Standard

Okay so I recently went to another state for a few days with my family for a vacation. I didnt want to go due to covid, but I'm a teenager and don't have much choice. Anyways, I get back and am told by friends to self quarantine. I have no problem with this as some of my friends have family members with legit health issues, and I would never want to get them sick. But I was a bit angry because they were all talking about me, and collectively decided to confront me rather than just ask me to not come around for a bit. Anyways, I've been quarantining for five days now. Now, another friend of mine just came back from the same state + a different one, and none of the same friends made him quarantine. They saw him the same day he got back from the last state he was in(which had more cases than where I was). I have no idea if my friends hate me or what, but they're very open about letting him hang around whereas they've totally barred me from hanging out. Again, I have NO problem self isolating. What I do have a problem with is the double standard.
