Diet and exercise fads and gimmicks

I'm telling you, if I have to listen to one more cocksucker telling me about ketogenic diets and intermittent fasting and carb cutting and fat cutting and macrobiotics and Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig and Noom and crossfit and the Insanity Workout and fitness boot camps and food diaries and 5Ks and leg days and macronutrients and micronutrients and veganism and vegetarianism and pescatarianism and high protein diets and why supplements are great for you and why supplements are terrible for you and how everybody should be getting up in the morning and running 10 mi before they do anything else with their day and abdominal obesity and BMI and eating for your blood type and healthy food combinations and why calorie counting is necessary and why calorie counting doesn't work and why you need a nutritionist and why you don't need a nutritionist and this exercise apparatus and that weight loss tea and on and on and on and on and on, I am going to beat them upside the head with a cookbook, roll them up in kinesiotape, and drop them from the top of a rock climbing wall.

Just shut up, eat a little less meat and a few extra fruits and vegetables, next time you feel like eating an entire box of cookies in one sitting eat three of them and put the rest away for tomorrow instead, get up off your ass and move a little more, and live your life. For the vast majority of people, following that simple common sense advice would make noticeable changes in under 2 weeks.
