Crybaby Manager

So last Friday we call our manager to discuss a few bad part on a cnc job. Crybaby manager started
an angry rant about how nobody see it. Keep in mind, earlier a QC person email his superior about his mistake which he did early in the day, which we didn't know. This started his angry rant and fuel his angry even more when we told him about a few bad part. He doesn't apologize for his mistake but get ready angry at us. This is not the first time he does this. I feed up with this 38 year old manager acting like a 3 year old. The previous time he did this is when he ask for a total count on a part. The part came up 200 short then what on the production total sheet. He started getting angry, using the f word.
Accuse us of throwing away parts. Asking us who did this. I did know anything about it, but he is in a drunking kind of rage. It was not reasonable to reason with him. He threaten to fire us. I try to keep my calm but I really want to blast back at him about his childless angry mode. After he left for the day about 15 minute later we found the missing 200 part. It was in the QC manager room. We he get in a piss rage he is unreasonable. I have want to punch anyone in the face then this pissy ass crybaby manager.
