Best friend Or at least they were

My best friend of 3 years is ignoring me. We had a slight argument a few months back, she doesn’t like my boyfriend and when I said he was considering applying to the same university as her, her response was “nononono” (for context, he dropped out of education because of mental health issues so it’s a really big deal he’s considering going back). She then stormed off all social media for a few weeks after I called her out on the disrespectfullness and she made it out to everyone that I was in the wrong.
She comes back from her social media break flaunting a new best friend. My friend never used to post photos of us together on her socials but now her and her new bestie were all over her pages. She then starts ignoring me, outright and blatantly, but not any of our other mutual friends. I’m trying to be civil because everyone keeps telling me I should be but I just want to tell and scream at her because of how she’s treated me as a friend. I confronted her about it once and the one time she didn’t ignore me she blamed her distance on me spending so much time with my other friends, something I only started doing after she started ignoring me.
