Anger management
I can get very angry when people behave in a barbaric way with me repeatedly over a period of time. I do not tell anybody the details of what is going on? who is doing what? who said what? who did what? I stay out of gossip and dishonest games. Just because I am brown does not give people permission to mistreat me. Some choice words come to my mind in anger. But I realized if I behave back the way these people behave with me, then what does that say about me and my culture, education and background? They are a poor reflection of humanity. I should not stoop so low. I am not going to use any bad words. I am more polished and civilized than them.
