Game show for the homeless
It would be like "Cash Cab," but instead of taxi passengers being surprised with the show, it would be homeless bums begging on the street. Like, you walk past a bum who says, "Got some spare change, man?" and you come back with, "I'll give you twenty dollars if you can name the fifteenth president of the US, because you're on BUM BUCKS!"Then the rest of the crew, who were walking nearby like regular pedestrians, would converge on the spot with music and decorations, and construct a little set around the bum. Then the host would ask general knowledge questions and award the bum money so he could go buy enough drugs to overdose and die.
