[502] I'll be glad when elections are over...
It's always the same process. It's not about who is most qualified. That guy either doesn't want the job, or doesn't have the money to run. Thus we get to pick between who we believe is least corrupt and hope they don't goof us up too much in the next four years. And then the length of the whole process, 11 months, is ridiculous. Have the primaries on the same day then have the election 3 months later. It would make the whole process less painful and I could watch TV without hearing "I approve of this message." I believe picking the right man is very important, but there would seem to be a better way.Posted 2 years ago
